Name:
Phoenix Solana Montez (Phoenix for short)
Age:
18 years old
Gender:
Female
Race:
Hispanic, Italian, Polish, German and American
Short Appearence:
A spunky girl with red hair and hazel eyes from different cultures.
Main Appearence:
Phoenix is a beautiful woman in reality. She has a tall willowy figure at 5 feet 8 inches and has slender arms and legs. She has a slight figure which makes her look vulnerable, though she's far from helpless. Her hair is a dark blood red color and hangs until half way down her back. Her bangs are long and stop at her shoulders, curling inwards to frame her face. Her eyes are hazel in color but seem to have a bit more green than brown. She has a nice curvy hourglass figure that many fine attractive. Like many hispanics or those of hispanic heritage, she has olive skin.
Personality:
Phoenix is a spunky woman with a good sense of humor. She loves to crack jokes and bring smiles to people's faces. With her good nature she makes friends fairly easily, though she can be somewhat prejudiced against preps and such. Despite her seemingly bouncy, extravagent and somewhat insane nature Phoenix will sometimes have a bit of an attitude problem. When she first meets people she gets this feeling which helps her decide the question that comes to mind, "Do I want to be his/her friend, or not?" If the answer is, "Not," she will remain cool and nonchalant in their prescense, trying to avoid contact and wont speak unless spoken to directly.
Phoenix can be a bit defensive when she feels threatened and after years of karate, and gymnastics, both of which she quit, she can pack a hard punch or a pretty painful kick. Her tongue is sharp and will always have a sarcastic remark or a retort of some sort, whether she uses the retort or not depends on her mood.
History:
Phoenix Solana Montez was born July 7, 1989. Her brother was born later May 16, 1992 and is turning 15 this year. Their parents, Alexandra and Antonio Montez were killed in a car crash earlier this year. Since Phoenix is eldest, she inherited their parents' bank account and is using the money to pay her way through college and to get Kaide through High School. Her little brother lives with her and the two are extremely close due to the recent events.
Family:
She has a younger brother named Kaide (KY-deh) Daniel Montez
Extra Curricular:
Soccer, Archery, Fencing,
In-Character:
A single tear trickled down her olive cheek. The area around her hazel eyes was red and puffy from the tears that had only recently began to stop. There she stood, her olive skin covered almost completley in a black velvet dress. A silver belt was tied around her waist, flashing in the sun. Her blood red hair hung loose down her back. She was beautiful.
But this was not a day for beauty, for checking out the guys at college or for archery or soccer or fencing. Today was a day of sorrow.
The death of her parents sent icy chills as she remembered the phone call she had received four days ago on January 12, 2007 at 11:43 pm. A car crash they had said. A drunk driver. She would have strangled the driver until he died were it not for the fact that he too had died.
Three people. Three innocent lives were lost. And all because one was stupid enough to drive right after drinking four gallons of beer.
Phoenix let out a cry of rage and sank to the floor, ignoring the hand her little brother laid on her shoulder. Her brother. Her sweet, innocent 14 year-old brother. Here she was, a wreck at 18 years of age, and her little brother was comforting her. She couldn't care less. Her parents had left her. Her and her brother. THey were alone. Who had to pay her way through college? She did. Who also had to pay for the last three years of her brother's High School? She did. Who died and left the burden on life on an 18 year old girl? Her parents did. And she, Phoenix Solana Montez hated them for it.
